Ashutosh is a practicing Advocate specializing in criminal law. He holds a BBA.LLB (Hons.) degree and began his legal career at the Supreme Court of India. Over the course of his practice, he has appeared before the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court, as well as various High Courts and tribunals across India.
His work primarily focuses on criminal law, while also covering corporate and business law, commercial disputes, white-collar crime, matters under PMLA and FEMA, and regulatory litigation.

Umesh Chandra Srivastava is a dedicated and experienced legal professional with a strong foundation in public service and law. A graduate of Kanpur University, UP (B.A., 1980) and Lucknow University (LL.B., 1997), he began his career with the Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam in 1982, gaining extensive experience across the establishment, planning, legal, and accounts departments over nearly four decades of service.
After retiring from Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam, he chose to follow his long-standing passion for helping people and contributing to society. With a desire to use his knowledge and experience for the public good, he enrolled with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh and joined the Bar at the Supreme Court. He now practices as an Advocate in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad (Lucknow Bench) and the Supreme Court of India, continuing his commitment to serving society through legal assistance.
Mr. Srivastava has also contributed significantly to public and social service, including projects with UNICEF focused on drought relief and drinking water supply in drought-affected areas as well as leadership roles in community organizations and civil defence.
In recognition of his contributions and distinguished services, he was awarded the prestigious Swarna Jayanti Padak in 1997 by the President of India.
